la Zona 2 del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n en diferentes \u00e1reas, entre enero y junio de 2018, con el objetivo de innovar las t\u00e9cnicas pedag\u00f3gicas para impartir las materias del curr\u00edculo nacional de forma te\u00f3rica \u2013 pr\u00e1ctica y actualizar sus conocimientos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_440366950505416373gmail-MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"ES\">1.491 docentes en Napo, 1.082 en Orellana y 1.686 en Pichincha (excepto Quito), m\u00e1s 603 profesionales que pertenecen al \u00e1rea de Intercultural Biling\u00fce participaron de los espacios en estos espacios de aprendizaje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_440366950505416373gmail-MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span>Las capacitaciones se orientaron a fortalecer la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, t\u00e9cnica y human\u00edstica de forma integral; en funci\u00f3n de elevar la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n y el nivel de rendimiento de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_440366950505416373gmail-MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los docentes se capacitaron en educaci\u00f3n intercultural biling\u00fce, est\u00e1ndares educativos, discriminaci\u00f3n y xenofobia, gerencia y gesti\u00f3n de instituciones p\u00fablicas en el \u00e1mbito educativo, estrategia de metodolog\u00eda del marco l\u00f3gico, el roll de las TICS para una educaci\u00f3n innovadora, taller de pol\u00edticas publicas de discapacidad, taller de planificaci\u00f3n y entrenamiento deportivo, prevenci\u00f3n del consumo de drogas en el \u00e1mbito educativo, rob\u00f3tica aplicada a la educaci\u00f3n, astronom\u00eda y astrof\u00edsica, actualizaci\u00f3n de planes curriculares, t\u00e9cnicas pedag\u00f3gicas y preparaci\u00f3n para los ex\u00e1menes Ser Bachiller.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_440366950505416373gmail-MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span>La realizaci\u00f3n de los talleres se articul\u00f3 con empresas p\u00fablicas y privadas como la\u00a0<span lang=\"ES\">Escuela Polit\u00e9cnica Nacional,\u00a0<\/span>Instituto<span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0Espacial Ecuatoriano,<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">Network for Astronomy School Education (NASE), Schlumberger, Universidad Rise de Houston, Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas \u2013 ESPE, Universidad IKIAM, Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica, Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica de Drogas (SETED), entre otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_440366950505416373gmail-MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">Alex Guadalupe, coordinador de
